The service
AGUMAIK TECH, SLU ("we") operates RegisterDomainCLI, a command-line tool and control panel for searching, registering, renewing, and transferring domain names and managing their DNS. Domain registrations and renewals are performed through our reseller account at an ICANN-accredited domain registrar. We act as reseller; the registry for each domain is the responsible registry operator.
You are the Registered Name Holder
Domains are registered in YOUR name: the registrant contact you provide is submitted to the registry for all contact roles. You are the Registered Name Holder of every domain you register, with the corresponding rights and duties under the applicable registry and ICANN policies.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown before you confirm an order and always come from the authoritative pricing API at order time. Payment is made through a hosted payment page; VAT is added at checkout where applicable. An order becomes payable immediately upon creation and expires if not paid within the stated window. Renewal prices may change between terms; we always show the exact price before a renewal order is created.
Renewals and automatic renewal
Domains do NOT renew automatically by default. Renewal happens only when you issue a renewal order, or when you explicitly enable automatic renewal (autorenew) for a domain. Enabling autorenew authorizes an annual off-session charge to your saved payment method and constitutes an explicit opt-in to recurring charges; you can disable it at any time from the CLI.
Leaving the service
You can leave at any time at no charge: the CLI gives you your domain's auth code (transfer key) and unlocks the domain on request, both free of charge, so you can transfer the domain to any other registrar. We do not hold your domains hostage.
Refunds
If a registration fails after payment, the payment is refunded automatically and in full. Registrations that succeed are generally non-refundable, since registries do not refund successful registrations to resellers; statutory consumer withdrawal rights apply as provided by law.
Your obligations
You must provide accurate registrant contact data and keep it up to date, and you must use the service lawfully and in accordance with ICANN and registry policies. Domain data you submit may be verified and rejected by registries.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the registration service is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of the consumer's domicile in Spain have jurisdiction; for businesses, the courts of the city where we have our registered address.
